DESCRIPTION:All classes provided via Zoom until further notice. \nClasses will be held on the first Saturday of each month from 10:00 am–4:00 pm (Central Time) until further notice. (Date/time subject to change due to schedule conflict or Holidays). Class in July will be held on July 13\, 2024.  \nTo register\, please call Shannon at 308-529-0595 \nRequirements for virtual classes: \n\nParticipants will be required to have a computer/tablet or phone with camera & speaker and will be required to actively participate in the class. If they do not have this capability\, they will not be able to register for the class. Classes will be held from 10-4pm (Central Time).\nParticipants will be emailed a Zoom link with instructions 2 days prior to class. Participants must complete a pretest before scheduled class time starts. A posttest\, survey and evaluation must be completed after the class in order to receive a certificate of completion.\nA certificate of completion will be emailed to each participant once the required course work has been completed.\n\nRegistration for each class will close 5 days prior to the scheduled class date. Payment for the class must be received at least 5 days in advance. Acceptable payments- personal check\, money order\, cashier’s check or credit card payment. \n*Class fee is $120.00 (A digital workbook is included in the price). \n*Classes need to have a minimum number of participants. If the minimum number is not met\, participants will be notified before class regarding cancellation and rescheduled. DESCRIPTION:All classes provided via Zoom until further notice. \nClasses will be held on the first Saturday of each month from 10:00 am–4:00 pm (Central Time) until further notice. (Date/time subject to change due to schedule conflict or Holidays). Class in July will be held on July 13\, 2024.  \nTo register\, please call Shannon at 308-529-0595 \nRequirements for virtual classes: \n\nParticipants will be required to have a computer/tablet or phone with camera & speaker and will be required to actively participate in the class. If they do not have this capability\, they will not be able to register for the class. Classes will be held from 10-4pm (Central Time).\nParticipants will be emailed a Zoom link with instructions 2 days prior to class. Participants must complete a pretest before scheduled class time starts. A posttest\, survey and evaluation must be completed after the class in order to receive a certificate of completion.\nA certificate of completion will be emailed to each participant once the required course work has been completed.\n\nRegistration for each class will close 5 days prior to the scheduled class date. Payment for the class must be received at least 5 days in advance. Acceptable payments- personal check\, money order\, cashier’s check or credit card payment. \n*Class fee is $120.00 (A digital workbook is included in the price). \n*Classes need to have a minimum number of participants. DESCRIPTION:Weekly Seeking Safety Drop-in Group in Ogallala\, NE.\n\n12:00 pm – 1:00 pm MDT\n\n\n\nSeeking Safety Drop-in Group- Ogallala\, NE. \nSeeking Safety is a drop-in group to help people with PTSD\, a history of trauma and /or a history of substance use/dependence attain safety. Adults 19 years of age and older can attend. \nSeeking Safety is an evidence-based\, present-focused curriculum designed to help people attain safety from PTSD and/or substance use. It is also helpful for those with a history of trauma but without a PTSD diagnosis. Safety is the overarching goal\, with emphasis on helping people achieve safety in their relationships\, thinking\, behavior and emotions. There are a total of 25 different topics that can be attended in any order\, as few or as many times as a person finds helpful.
