(Date/time subject to change due to schedule conflict or Holidays). \nThe following classes will be held on the 2 nd Saturday of the month due to the\nholiday schedule. April 11\, 2026\, July 11\, 2026 and September 12\, 2026. \nTo register\, please call Shannon at 308-529-0595\, please leave a message if no\nanswer. \nRegistration for the classes will close on the Monday prior to the scheduled class date\nat 5pm CST. Payment for the class must be received by Monday at 5pm CST prior to\nthe scheduled class date as well. If payment is not received by the deadline\,\nparticipants will not be registered for the class. Acceptable payments include-\npersonal check\, money order\, cashier’s check or credit card payment. \nRequirements for virtual classes: \n\nParticipants are required to have Wi-Fi\, a computer/tablet or phone with a\nworking camera & speaker. If participants do not have this capability\, they\nwill not be able to register for the class. Participants will be asked actively\nparticipate in the class. Classes held from 10:00am-2:00pm (Central Time).\nParticipants will be emailed a Zoom link with instructions 2 days prior to class. At\ntimes\, the email will end up in spam/junk mail\, please check just in case.\nParticipants must complete a pretest before scheduled class time starts. A\nposttest\, survey and evaluation form must be completed after the class in order\nto receive a certificate of completion.\nA certificate of completion will be emailed to each participants once the required\ncourse work has been completed on the following Monday after class.\nParticipants must be at least 14 years old to attend the class.\n\n*This class is offered FREE to parents\, guardians or spouses wishing to sit in with\nthe participant. \n*Class fee is $120.00 (A digital workbook is included in the price). We require participation in 3 out of 4 sessions each month to remain in the group. As an incentive\, participants will receive a free membership to the Nebraska Athletic Club or a gift card to Wild Bill’s Bowling.  This group will follow the Seeking Safety curriculum\, as well as other outside materials.

Adults 19 years of age and older can attend. \nSeeking Safety is an evidence-based\, present-focused curriculum designed to help people attain safety from PTSD and/or substance use. It is also helpful for those with a history of trauma but without a PTSD diagnosis. Safety is the overarching goal\, with emphasis on helping people achieve safety in their relationships\, thinking\, behavior and emotions. There are a total of 25 different topics that can be attended in any order\, as few or as many times as a person finds helpful.
